Shipping

Q: How long does shipping take?

A: Within the USA shipping takes 10-14 days. Outside of the USA is less predictable and can take up to 30 days. 

Q: Do you offer Express Shipping? 

A: Yes, you can expedite shipping at checkout but production time of 2-7 days cannot be changed. Express shipping should help receive products once shipped within 2-3 days. 

Q: Can I change my order once placed. 

A: Your order is FINAL and we do not have the ability to change it. Please check your order carefully. We will do our best to work with you but please understand that certain errors cannot be corrected once you hit send.  

Q: What if I received only one item and not everything I ordered? 

A: That’s an excellent question. Never fear.  We are currently working with more than one print vendor to bring you the best products at the best cost. If one item arrives it is likely the other(s) are close behind.  Please wait three business days from the first shipment arrival to contact us. 

Returns & Exchanges

Begin With One can only consider return or replacement requests if the product is broken or with a print error that was caused by Begin With One.  Please contact Begin With One support within 30 days of product delivery. Please provide pictures to show defect. 

In the case of a lost or damaged order Begin With One will provide a replacement order. We must have tracking information. For lost orders over $200 with no tracking information available refunds will not be provided. All refunds are issued on a case by case basis and up to our customer support team. 

We are happy to help but unfortunately cannot accept returns for buyers remorse.
